Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (orders received by 4 pm EST will be processed on the same day) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local Delivery

We are collaborating with local third party transportation partners, in order to provide professional and timely delivery service.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within Ottawa. For orders under $100, we charge $10 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10 am to 6 pm. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
