Question: Does the shipping range entirely cover Canada or just Ottawa?
Answer: The shipping range covers Ottawa only by far, we sell fresh products from local farms.
Question: How long does it take for shipping after I placed my order?
Answer: Any order we received by 4:00 PM EST will be processed right away, you will be receiving your ordered items within the next 3 hours. We will send an email notification once the order status updated. Meanwhile, when the order is shipped and delivered, our third-party transportation partner will send a text message to the phone number you provided.
Question: Do you have any brick and mortar store? Or just online?
Answer: We currently only running online, and our inventory keeps our products in a great condition to prepared to ship to you anytime you place the order.
Question: Will I have trouble with ordering and getting my delivery during Black Friday or other sales period event?
Answer: No, Please don’t worry, you order will be strictly shipping during he time slot that you have selected.
Question: Can I return the item if I accidentally put one into the order?
Answer: If you contact us before it deliveries, then we will help you to process with the return and refund process.
But, If the shipment is out of delivery at the moment, we only accept to refund for any bad item, once you receive your order and report to us.
